6 Tips To Survive Work In Your Third Trimester
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

The third trimester always seems the longest of the three trimesters. You have been pregnant for 35 weeks but you can swear it’s been over one year, or maybe you can’t even remember what life was like before pregnancy…These 6 tips will help you through your last trimester till maternity bliss begins.

In pregnancy, every day unveils something different, it could be fun or stressful or so it seems and chances are you already feel uncomfortable sleeping, you don’t want to add work stress to it.

6 Tips To Survive Work In Your Third Trimester

1. Take short but frequent breaks

As the D-Day draws closer, you need to rest and slow things down. No more running up the staircase at work or going all day without food. Different things work for different people so you need to know what works for you. Take short but frequent breaks in-between work to recharge.

2. Sit close to the bathroom

You probably need to use the bathroom every 5 minutes, so why not just take a seat?

3. Eat small but frequent meals

The trick is to eat light to often.

4. Ask for help

Do your best and leave the rest. Don’t induce labour with stress. If you need help, please ask.

5. Dress right

Strive to be comfortable at all times. Free dresses, leggings and maternity pants are going to be your best friends for now.

6. Keep your water bottle close

It’s very important to stay hydrated during pregnancy but not having water close by can discourage you from getting up to get a drink. Always have a water bottle handy as you can enjoy slow tips every other minute.
