A lot of people say we don’t have “food” in Nigeria apart from rice, yam, beans and swallow. I think the major problem is knowing to make what is locally available into different unique meals so you don’t get bored that is the problem. Sunday:
Breakfast: Rolled Oats, Milk and Apple Sauce.
Lunch: Jollof rice, chicken, vegetables and fried plantain
Dinner: Boiled sweet potatoes and egg sauce.

Monday
Breakfast: Banana pancakes +smoothie
Lunch: Eba & Egusi soup +fish
Dinner: Yam and fish stew.
Tuesday
Breakfast: Toast bread, tea and fruits
Lunch: White rice and Vegetables
Dinner: Boiled plantain and egg

Wednesday
Breakfast: Cereal and apples
Lunch: Yam porridge and vegetables
Dinner: Moi moi and Oats

Thursday
Breakfast: Rice and Beans+ chicken stew
Lunch: Eba and Okra soup
Dinner: Jollof Spaghetti
Friday
Breakfast: Bread, Egg and Tea
Lunch: Rice and Beans (leftover)
Dinner: Potato chips, ketchup and chicken
Saturday
Breakfast: Moi moi and pap
Lunch: Semo/poundo yam and vegetables
Dinner: Jollof spaghetti and shredded chicken.
