Intestinal discomfort or indigestion is one of the main causes of gas. Gas is produced as a result of some foods.
This is also true of the food you feed your baby and the food you eat, which is eventually transferred to the infant through breast milk.
So first of all, check what your baby is eating, what you are eating and ensure to burp at least twice during or after every feed to let out the trapped gas. This, together with my simple baby burping procedures, guarantees that my child won’t have any digestive problems!
