How To Get Your Glowing Skin At Home Within 10 Days

Here are 5 easy & 100% natural tips for clear and glowing skin 💁🏻‍♀️ No gimmicks, no products, just simple habits that can completely transform your skin…naturally! Learn how to get glowing skin quickly and simply!

1. Face Wash

what you need: Black soap, honey, shea butter, coconut oil and essential oils (optional)

What to do: Mash the black soap in a bowl into small pieces, pour hot water over it and cover overnight to melt and soften. Mix in your oils and use to wash your face twice a day.

 

2. Face Scrub

What you need: Honey, Sugar

What to do: Put 4 tbs of honey in a clean bowl and mix in your sugar. Apply to your face once a day. Refrigerate when not in use.

 

3. Face Mask

What you need: Honey, Turmeric

What to do: Mix both ingredients thoroughly and set aside for 15 minutes. Wash up your face and gently massage in the mixture. Leave on for 30 minutes and wash off. Do not use more than 2 times a week.

 

4. Eat Healthy

You are what you eat. Watch what food and drink you consume. Fibre-rich nutrients foods and fruits are key.

 

5. Reduce your sugar intake

You’ll see a clear change in your skin when you reduce or cut out refined sugar.

 

6. Sleep

Sleep is so important. Not getting quality sleep will affect your skin.
