Communication is a two-way street. We talk, they listen, they talk back and we listen. That’s the only way we can be on the same page as our kids. Asking for feedback on our parenting skills can make us feel vulnerable as parents; a feeling we don’t like to embrace. However, embracing it can help build long lasting relationships with our kids.
