Natural Foods That Prevent & Reduces The Size Of Fibroids
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

Fibroids, although not really life-threatening, can still cause enough trouble if they grow large enough. So its very important to have foods that help shrink fibroids.

Abnormally big fibroids can result in infertility, a strain on other organs and abnormal bleeding. Fibroids are usually a result of excessive estrogen and therefore the issue of concern would be lowering estrogen.

So let’s have a look on some foods that help shrink fibroids.
1. Onions and Garlic

They inhibit tumor growth such as fibroids as they have a lot of antioxidants and are best eaten raw.

2. Foods Rich in Fiber

These foods help decrease the level of estrogen in the blood and also come with the added benefit of helping you feel full thus reducing the inclination to snack on junk foods. Fiber may bind to estrogen and withdraw it out of the body. Examples of such foods are whole grains, oatmeal, brown rice, oat bran, and almonds.

3. Water

There are myriad benefits to drinking plenty of water and one of them is fibroid shrinking. Make sure you drink at least ten glasses a day.

4. Fish

Cold water fish such as salmon, mackerel, and tuna have oil that contains anti-inflammatory properties which will help in battling fibroids. They also contain omega-3 fatty acids that are excellent in helping the body reduce its fat content. If you eat cold water fish twice a week that should be enough to keep fibroids at bay.

These fibroid shrinking foods are easy to find. You can play around with different recipes and have them in different ways so definitely make it a point to include all of this in your daily diet.

Until next time, Fertility Blessings to you ❤❤❤
