1. Make bath time special
Bath time is now beyond the quick trick to get your baby to relax and sleep at the end of the day. It can also be a good time to get to know your baby and keep track of how they are growing. While running errands, shopping or taking a walk, carrying your baby in a front carrier allows you make regular eye contact and also makes your baby feel safe in your arms. Imitate the funny faces and return the smiles
These will be the first stages of truly “communicating” with your child and they will be unforgettable.

A lot of mums swear by this. Massage not only relaxes your baby, it also fosters a bond and helps you “tune in” to your baby.
