Sexual abuse has become very rampant lately and some go unnoticed as the molested children are often warned and threatened to be hurt if they speak up. The PANTS Rule campaign aims at protecting young children from such abuse and teaching them how to prevent it from happening.
In 2013, the NSPCC launched a campaign called PANTS that aims to help open up conversations between adults and four- to eight-year-old children about sexual abuse.
The campaign aims to teach children that their body belongs to them and they have the right to say “no” and tell someone they trust if they are ever worried about inappropriate contact.
